Hello,
I am writing to appeal my 7-day ban on the EN1 server.
I understand that I was banned for using prohibited emotes. I would like to explain that even though my account may be old, I have only recently started actively playing on the Grand RP server. At the time of the incident, I was not aware that these emotes were prohibited and punishable.
There was no intention to provoke, disrespect other players, or break RP rules. After reviewing the rules more carefully, I now fully understand my mistake and take responsibility for it. I sincerely apologize for my lack of knowledge.
I kindly ask you to consider my situation as a new player on the server and, if possible, reduce the punishment or replace it with a warning. I assure you that this will not happen again.
