Life Story:
Lio Moracchioli was born in the United States of America of Italian parents. He got so much bullied at school and had no friends at all. However he tried to reach out for friends no one would be his friend especially because of his accent. Further in his story, he started learning about Police Departments and how they work, but the thing is corruption was everywhere. So he decided that if corruption was gonna be against him then, let it be. Many times he got in trouble with corrupted LSPD officers and could never defend himself. That one time he got arrested. Then he joined LSPD and again they were targeting him non stop. It was at that time that they collected a suspected evidence on him and arrested him without even calling a lawyer to protect him when he requested and when he called him superiors and told then about what happened to him they did not believe him. After he learnt about corruption, he started practising it at all cost and for his own good and gains.
Career Story:
Lio Moracchioli started a carreer as a LSPD cop right after he went out of prison. He tried to climb up the ranks of LSPD but still no one would support him. But anyway he never imagined he would become a cop. His main objective was to rank up as fast as possible to combat corruption but yet still, he could do nothing but surrender himself to corruption. Lio was able to control everyone for his own sake after he gained so much experience. He then let all LSPD leaders work for his own gains.
Outcomes:
1- Lio can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe equivalent to 100k).(Cannot be a hostage for bribe)
2- Lio can break State Laws while on or off duty and able to use his position in LSPD.
3- Lio can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and refuse to show any type of ID.
4- Lio robs/kills in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob/kill in isolated areas (following Gen 6.16,SR 5.5 and Ghetto-rule 1.8)
