Carl was born in India, Assam. Carl's father Greedy was a Alcoholic and a chain smoker. Greedy often came late at home never gave attention to Carl and his elder brother. Carl's father Greedy got lung cancer because of his chain smoking, Carl needs money for his father's treatment so he joined EMS to help people and for money first he became a first responder and go on calls if the lobby was empty he goes to lobby duty. then Carl progress to medical professor then he became HC DOAS ( dean of training ) when he became DOAS. HE Leaned a lot progress and managed to arrange treatment for his father
After his father's treatment he was thinking about to join LSPD his friends were also there so he joined LSPD he also loved to do HR work in LSPD, after few days he was going UC in ghetto he found that his elder brother was in a gang doing illegal stuff . One day His elder brother offered him to come to his gang . Carl was not having choice he told his LSPD friend that he is going to his elder brother's gang.
Outcomes:
1. Carl can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Carl is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, 3. break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Carl can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. Carl can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
5. Carl can break IC laws and able to use his position in LSPD.
6. Carl can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Carl can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
8.Carl can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
