Dear higher ups,
As per my latest application of LSPD has not been selected ( IMPORTANT - Applications for LSPD ) I wanted to know that the qualities which are lacking from me for becoming the leader ! As I have Good Experience In State Orgs I have been One Time Deputy of LSPD. So please tell me
So that I can improve Myself.And I can fill the application next time properly.
