Referring to forum report: Approved - RDM; 21452
I got given a warning for RDM because the reviewing administrator said my commands we're not RP-based and he called it a leave-or-die command.
The 2 guys that i killed at MY house had been there for about 10 minutes, so i had a feeling they were going to do something to me. They could easily steal my car or be stalking me. So i asked these guys why they were at my house then they started insulting me in a foreign language. I sent a shot at their car and that made them leave.
30 seconds later they came back around to taunt me some more where the guy reporting me his pov starts.
This is also why i asked the admin to ask for more bodycam footage since he's the one reporting me and usually admins will ask for pov that show at least 1min prior to the event. You can clearly hear me asking them "what do you guys want, i told you guys to leave" which refers to them being there before. In my opinion i definetely gave enough commands and time for them to be scared and not come back and chill next to me again. I feel like i got baited into being punished. Thats also why the guy tunred on his bodycam as soon as they camped my door, chich is the door he checked (1694).
In my comment on the thread you can also see the last part which the guy purposely cut out. It shows him coming back after i finished him within a few minutes, which meant he broke the New Life Rule. I dont know why but the admin decided to not punish him for this.
I would like to request a deeper look into this case since it did get me a warning and herefor i got kicked out of my organisation. I feel like this was all a setup and these guys got exactly what they were provoking.
