this guy showed up to DOC to save his friend who was getting arrested and started shooting through the walls and towards the exact cell that his friend was inside killing him and the arresting officer. then my partner who was outside knocked him unconscious but we could not revive and arrest him since we both were on cooldown.
an admin came shortly after but he did not see the shooting through the wall so i made this forum to show the situation.
