As u can see in my pov i was in my frineds car and going towards electrical fuel station ID 487034 was in his red bike and my friend by mistakly ramed him 1 time and at 0:13 ID 487034 started raming my friends car for no reason at 0:22 i was repairing my friends car and the ID 487034 tried to ram me but failed at 0:31 he ramed my friends car again and at that time i tazed him and said dont do it again at 0:38 he said why are u stuning me in green zone at 0:44 he started abousing to my dear Mother and i fealt very bad i diddent abouse him . after going out of the electrical fuel station ID 487034 followed me and my fried and at 2:45 i said him i will arrest u he again aboused my dear mother by saying MF at 3:10 he again aboused my dear mother by saying MF at 3:22 he abouse again . after this lov is over.

in this pov we can see at 0:07 he continues raming my friend and at 01:15 i told him if u want to make your life harder just follow and abouse me and at 01:50 he aboused my dear mother .
I request admin team to punish this guy for the Rules he has broken .
