1) In ic time 7:41 he put wrong command which is Gr 6.1
2) In the ic time 7:42 He asked for my Anti rader . also in The time 7:48 they take my anti rader .

According to, SR 1.12 Players that are in a state organisations could play there character as a (bad cop). Note: 5 bad cops are the limit for each state organisation. A player must write biography to become a bad cop which has to be approved by senior curator of state. Note: For using of drugs and taking bribes (up to 100k) there will be IC punishment not OOC. Note: Bad cops are allowed to ask for illegal items.
It is clearly mentioned any Illegal items in which Anti-Radar is also counted as Illegal items. Also mentioned in BIO that any Illegal item.

Secondly, There is no GR 6.1 seen as both bodycam break and truth serum needs to be used in /try command.

Also, whichever Admins reviews the forum check on IC time 7:41, I injected truth serum in him still he says he has 40k but he has 740k which is clearly Fail RP.
