Life Story:
Harv Longg was from a poor family in England. He had 3 younger brothers, mom dad and his grandma living with him under a small roof. His dad was a farmer and mom was a household worker and they both worked very hard for a little amount of money. When Harv was born after 4 years his grandma passed away due to illness which made Harv and his family distressed. He was very attached to his grandma but after his grandma passed away he got attached to his dad alot which was not the same for him. When he was 14 years old his dad committed suicide due to the lack of crops harvest in his land which really hurt Harv as he was very close to his dad after his grandma passed away. His mother could not handle the pressure of all the kids and passed away a few days after his father's death because she was too stressed and disheartened. Now he had a lot of things going on in his life and has to take care of his brothers and start doing some work. One day he overheard someone speaking about that there is a lot of money in international countries so he went back to the farm his dad worked on and started working, trying to get the tickets. He managed to arrange enough money to buy enough tickets for them all then he flew to los santos with his brothers to live a happy life.
Career Story:
After a few months at GOV Harv wanted to find a greater and better fitting job for himself. So while walking down the high-street he overheard people speaking about LSPD and thought he should take a trip to LSDP headquarters and managed to get recruited and he got introduced to everyone how he was hoping and he started to really enjoy his time at LSPD. Harv was later on recognised and promoted for all of his dedication and hard work which then made Harv want to work even harder, so that's what he did. Harv flew through the ranks until he was finally promoted to DHOD and had finally got the authority he wanted. Harv realised he could now get revenge on everyone who snaked him on his journey to the top. Harv used to dream of having this much power when he was just a young boy and now he finally has it and is over the moon about it. Behind his co-workers back Harv started building a relationship with very powerful criminals which started leading to a new opportunity which he liked the sound of. Harv loved the sensation of being a criminal and doing criminal activities even as far as scaring and frightening citizens for entertainment.
Outcomes:
1- Harv can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2- Harv can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his id to any suspect/Leos
3- Harv can remove previously committed crimes from arrested people ( after doing corrupt job I remove all evidences from PDA )
4- Harv can search suspects and Law Enforcement for their bodycams and destroy them (“/try search the bodycam” - 2x per situation - and “/do breaks the bodycam”)
5- Harv can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
6- Harv can engage in criminal activities and break state laws on or off duty such as entering ghettos or kidnapping cops if he feels threatened or if required
