I am writing to you once again regarding my ban and respectfully ask for leniency or a renewed review of my case.
Reason for the ban:
PC-Check positive (alleged cleaning) – 60 days

What happened:
I was in the ghetto together with a colleague, and we were joking around and teasing each other a bit. As a joke, he said that he would report me for cheating. Since I have never used cheats and do not have any on my PC, I did not take this seriously.
About 10 minutes later, I was teleported by a PC-check admin and checked. From the very beginning, I fully cooperated, joined Discord, and followed all instructions exactly as given. The admin then asked to see when my USB stick was last plugged in. When I was asked where the USB stick was, I could not immediately find it. I was unsure whether it was in my backpack, whether my mother had packed it away, or whether I had left it at school.
I explained that my father sometimes uses a USB stick on my PC to test whether it works, as he does not own a PC himself. The admin then suspected that the USB stick might be related to possible cleaning. Even though I repeatedly stated that I never cheated and did not even know how cleaning works, I was ultimately banned because I could not present the USB stick immediately.
The next day, I finally found the USB stick and checked it – it only contained normal documents. I then asked my father whether he still had his USB stick, and he told me that he had thrown it away because he no longer needed it. Unfortunately, this meant that I could no longer prove anything afterward.
Why I am asking for leniency:
I play fair and strongly dislike cheaters. I fully understand that cheating or cleaning is not tolerated on your servers. While I did commit minor rule violations in the past, they became less frequent over time, and I actively worked on improving my behavior.
In this case, however, I was banned unjustly, and this PC-check entry still heavily affects my entire record. It significantly limits future opportunities, such as applying for an admin position or becoming a leader, even though I am truly innocent.
I therefore respectfully ask you to remove the PC-check entry or at least re-evaluate it, as neither I nor my father ever used or installed cheats. At that time, I did not even know where or how cheats could be obtained, and my father has no knowledge of such things either.
Summary:
I am contacting you again today because the ban I received on Server 3 still weighs heavily on me, and it is very important to me to honestly and humanly explain my situation once more.
At that time, I underwent a PC check on Server 3 because I was accused of having “cleaned.” The reason for this accusation was a USB stick that I could not present during the check. At that time, my father had used my PC with his USB stick, as he does not own a PC himself, and therefore his USB sticks were used temporarily.
On the day of the PC check, the USB stick in question was not with me. I spoke to my father about it on the same day, but he did not know exactly where his USB stick was. My school USB stick was at school at that time. I am fully aware that, in hindsight, this situation appears suspicious, and that is exactly what has been troubling me ever since.
However, I want to sincerely emphasize that I have never cheated in my life. At that time, I did not even know how cheating worked. I have been PC-checked on several other servers and was never banned. Only this single incident on Server 3 led to an accusation of something I did not do.
The fact that I can no longer provide clear evidence today is solely because the incident took place months or even years ago. Nevertheless, this ban continues to affect my record to this day and prevents me from taking responsibility or applying for positions such as admin or leader on other servers.
I fully understand that cheating and cleaning must not be tolerated on your servers. That is exactly why it is so important to me to once again clearly state that I can honestly and with a clear conscience say: I did not cheat.
My request:
I kindly ask you to delete or re-evaluate this entry, as I have never cheated. I would very much like to apply for an admin or leader position in the future, but with this ban on my record, this is not possible. I sincerely ask you for empathy and for one last chance. I simply want to live the RP life and have fun. I know that cheating is not tolerated on any server, and I can assure you that I have never cheated or cleaned.
I respectfully and sincerely ask you to review my case once again. My intention is not to bypass rules, but to be treated fairly and finally resolve an old burden that has been weighing on me for a long time.
