I’ve been working in SAHP for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for SAHP.
2.2) I started rp 1year ago (more than 1 year) I have served to this city in various organizations as SAHP: COS hwp, dhod swat hod swat..., NG: Lt.Colonel and LSPD: Asisstant Chief, Cos swat, hod hr, hod pr, hod swat, dhod swat, dhod hr, dhod pr. FIB: Supervisor of SAU These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because of it covers our Los Santos`s most one of the most dangerous side: highways and also a one of the biggest jurisdiction except fib. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff and make some difference in my term.
2.3) i believe every org needs a leader who can make fair decisions, as the leader of SAHP i want to set clear standards for Professionalism, discipline and Dedication to work and in my term there wont be any favoritsm this is my red line, in the city there are many people who tried to lead but failed Due to poor connection between org members and lack of strong leadership By leading SAHP i want to earn the trust of the citizens and other leos. And want to make sure that the city is under leader ship of a Fair leader who can support the state by taking fair decisions.
2. Me and my deputies will personally reach out and plan RP operations with LSPD NG and FIB. This will include joint trainings, shared investigations and trooper act (joint jurisdiction) with LSPD it will not only improve RP, but also build better relationships.
3. Members who show maturity, consistency and great RP. We will do officer of the week. This boosts motivation and encourages people to maintain high standards.
4. Everyone will be treated fairly. If someone breaks RP standards and misbehave, they will get a clear and polite feedback.
5. Our departments will be: SWAT(special weapons and tactics), HWP(Highway Patrol), PR(public relations), IA (internal affairs)
and most important one: HR (human resources) hr is stand in many org this department is the one of the most important departments.
