I am writing regarding my account which was permanently blocked due to a violation of the General Rule 1.3 related to Market Street. I fully understand that this action was taken because I did not comply with the game rules at that time, and I sincerely apologize for my mistake.
It has been almost three years since the ban was applied. During this long period, I have reflected on my actions and clearly understand the importance of strictly following all game rules. I can confidently say that such a mistake will never happen again.
Grand IP has always been a game I truly enjoyed and valued, and I genuinely wish to return and continue playing in a fair and respectful manner. If required, I am fully willing to accept any conditions you may set, including the complete reset of my in-game balance, to demonstrate my good faith.
