Hello, I was playing my game normally and my friend was playing next to me in the same room, both connected to the same internet, when suddenly the power went out. About an hour later, we both logged back in and saw that our accounts had been banned. We were banned by the same system for the same reason. The block date shown in the system is 09.10.2023. At that time, my account did not exist and I was not playing on Grand RP. For this reason, I believe this date is not directly related to my account. I think my account may have been affected due to an IP address that was previously assigned by my ISP to another user who was banned. I truly value this game and enjoy playing it. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I promise that it will not happen again. I sincerely hope you will consider my situation with understanding and review my account once more. Thank you.
