1. Explanation of Situation

Me and my brother, Account ID 137803 and Account ID 137574, were playing on the same WiFi network. We believe the ban occurred due to significant network issues and glitches we were experiencing at the time. We have been facing several technical problems with the game recently, which we think triggered the anti-cheat system: Our in-game microphones were not working properly (audio glitches). We were facing consistent "unloading" glitches where game interiors and map elements were not loading correctly when using the Rage MP launcher. We are both legitimate players and we were not using any form of cheats or exploits. We believe the anti-cheat was triggered falsely due to these network-related performance issues.

1. Request

We are requesting a review of our accounts and an unban for both our characters. We also ask if the administration can provide some guidance or common fixes for the network and loading glitches we are experiencing to prevent future issues. We sincerely hope you can lift the ban.
