This punishment by Ruby Specter is completely wrong and contradictory to server rules.
GR 6.2 States (It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. | WARN)
This rule means if I am engaged and there is an RP situation I can not do the following mentioned, I was literally in sleeping mode hence him killing me to be able to pickpocket me. At no point did I leave RP situation, at no point was I in an RP situation to begin with. I did not AFK, Enter an Interior, Refuse first aid, left the game and also there is no such a rule as Ruby states "You can not go AFK in public places to evade RP". There is no such rule about me going AFK, I can go AFK wherever needed as far as I understand according to the rules. And as already explained I did not evade RP nor is there such proof I simply had a 20 minute instant replay which I cut as the rest of the POV is me standing still. Will provide the proof for this as well.
Proof of me standing AFK already for a minute with no sight of the person 369006 and being rammed out of nowhere:
Furthermore the ID 369006 simply did script abuse by killing me multiple time and patching me to wake me up from the Sleeping mode which is the mode of AFK, It is not me who should get punished for having a call I had to attend but the person who abused the script to force me into RP. This is apparent in the 5 minute video I provided however will provide you 20 minutes proof of me being afk and at the last minute you can even see me come back to my laptop and move around and realise im not where I left and checking my items.
I do not understand where the admin saw me being in an rp situation as being forced into RP does not count under GR 6.2, I was AFK BEFORE I got rammed hence me standing still for such a long period and not moving out of the way. Being AFK in public is not a crime or a rulebreak and I should not be punished.
In the event my punishment is not rectified I want to know what exact rule I broke written into the GRP Rules in the Discord as I am quite certain no rulebreak will be apparent.
