I’m writing regarding the warning I recently received for mixing and not performing my role correctly. I fully acknowledge my mistake and take full responsibility for my actions. I understand that I did not do my job properly, and I sincerely apologize for it.
I have a promotion ceremony scheduled for tomorrow at 16:00, and unfortunately, the warning prevents me from being promoted. I wanted to respectfully ask if it would be possible to temporarily remove the warning just until after the ceremony. After the promotion, the warning can be reinstated if needed.
I completely understand if this request cannot be approved, but I wanted to ask respectfully and honestly. I have learned from my mistake and will make sure it does not happen again.
