2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I Want to be the leader of Blood Street Gang because i want to lead a gang with terror and much well respected street reputation. Using my experience from the past as a leader i think im eligible to run a gang again. Spreading terror and painting the streets with red. I hold the experience necessary for the gang being deputy and handling the gang. Everyone loves a fair and understanding leader i will be that leader everyone loves to talk to.
2.2 I have run alongside with gangs for enough time now its my time to lead them and take them to the peak activity and improvise my stratergies being aggressive but still staying tactical. I want to carry the legacy of bloods with me making the gang active and untouchable. I think i have both quantity and quality to run this gang. I want to focus on the criteria's that almost everyone ignore and by doing that i will achieve what everyone wants active and reliable gang with no rule breaks.
2.3 Under my lead i want every citizen to fear for their lives. tourists will be afraid the explore the other side of the city. Spreading fear of getting killed in every footstep they take. taking territories with my turf team that seem to impossible to conquer will now become possible reaching every corner of the ghetto. My members will clap and smoke everyone in their way leos will hide in the building they find to save their lives and others will pray. Everyone will admire the destruction and damage we delt and will remember the legacy that i will bring to the gang
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will wipe the concept of favoritism. Everyone will get what they deserve regardless their contacts. Experience is most important under my lead. Appointing deputies with plenty of experience which will enforce the same and wont allow any favoritism in my term
3.2 Regular turf captures and painting graffities 24/7 to improve the fun element and rp within the gang. Doing Stores and FZ raids with enough members to give leos and crime side RP situations to respond to
3.3 Conflicts are just misunderstandings - Solving conflicts within the gang with peace making it fair for everyone. Blacklist is not the only option to resolve conflicts sitting with people and talking with them resolve it where hard punishment is not necessary
