Hello dear Curator Team, I submitted an unofficial family application for my West Side family on Friday, January 2nd, 2026, and it was rejected on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, by Amelie Müller. After receiving the response, I contacted Amelie Müller on Discord to ask why the application was rejected, as we had met the criteria for an unofficial family. Amelie replied and said the application was rejected because of my cheating ban on DE 2, 3, 4, and EN1, which can't be true since, firstly, I've never been banned for cheating, and secondly, I've never even been on any of those servers except DE3 and DE1. I already submitted a request in the forum regarding this situation, but it was rejected because it was stated that there were accounts on my Social Club that were associated with cheating. However, I never shared my Social Club account; there were only strangers on my DE1 account back in 2022, for which I was also banned. I myself have never been banned for cheating. Furthermore, I have had my own unofficial family on DE1 twice: once on October 10, 2024, and again on March 27, 2023. I think there's an error, perhaps related to my January 1st ban on October 16, 2022, when others were on my account. Maybe they were involved with cheating back then, and that's why there's now an error in the logs. But I myself have never been banned for cheating on the servers. ... I already reported this to Kathi Tired on Discord several days ago, but received no response, which is why I am now contacting you and hoping and asking that the case be thoroughly investigated because it would be a shame that my family cannot be part of the Unofficial Family due to an Error.
