It's not mk when u are the one who killed the person. You can finish when u are the one who killed the individual. Now ask that and when u know I'm right stop spamming
And the "rule" u mean , It says leos can't finish bandits they kill. However corrupt cops can finish who they kill. It isn't mk when u finish someone u killed in first place.

not of topic. First, at 3:42, your partner stated that the individual in the Bugatti was open carrying a weapon. However, the vehicle had fully tinted windows, making it impossible to visually confirm whether the person was armed. There is no reasonable RP justification for knowing this information, which makes this fail RP / meta-gaming.

Second, regardless of whether the character is corrupt or not, proper demands must be given before using lethal force. You cannot simply shoot someone without escalation. From 4:02 to 4:07, no clear or valid demands were issued, and lethal force was used immediately. This constitutes RDM

So we were doing corruption with these two guys and they did mg(1652+47260) to call their friends to help them out.
47260 was stalling and buying time so his friends can come help them out. Stalling in rp is also punishable by a warning ig.
At 1:16 of pov u can see Id 139636 (At 2:31 u can spot the id of 139636 ) tried mercy killing his friend+ rdm since my partners vest was broken.
47260 at that moment started running took out gun and started shooting us which should be rdm.
85253 did rdm+mg as proven in 1:30 of pov.
60339 did mg + rdm
60339 ate in gunfight so thats gr 6.6 ( 1:50 of pov)
77508 did mg but ran away seeing so many bodies+ i gave demands ( 2:00) (77508 is the leader himself and he came. Mg )
84507 did mg. As im an on duty uc FIB i saw him open carrying and wearing blue same color the previous bandits were wearing so i could open fire for my safety without demands.
At 2:31 u can spot the id of 139636 the one who started doing mk and rdm
146875 did mg ( 2:30) of pov + rdm.

Note: 1652+47260 were both cuffed and couldnt contact friends icly. so any way they did it its mg.
And kindly check family of the indivituals im pretty sure i recognise most of them from the unoff family moonlight so kindly issue fair punishment.

Since everyone started spamming my complaint ill post full pov to show more rulebreaks - Full pov .
At 0:40 of pov u can see the car had illegal goods. Since 1652 was driving it, it gave us full rights to arrest him for over carrying and possesion of illegal items in large quantites. Then he rammed my agent and went into ghetto thats considered Gr 6.2.
we saw 47260 at around 3:10 of pov. He kept following us so tahts an arrestable offence which is stalking+ reckless driving.
At 3:40 of pov my agent says hes open carrying aswell. so threat is high.
We dont need to give demands before engine blocking. Since all the charges i mentioned above were high threat + definately arrestable we killed him to detain him.
at 5:10 of pov he said " ez f***ing gov" that might be server disrespect.
i called for admin help cus i had a feeling they would do rulebreaks. so ishaan came.
At 9:20 132589 pulls up and i demand him to leave and he doesnt so kill him. Since im corrupt i finish him. he did fail rp but ishaan punished him. After he gets punishment u can see he has moonlight on his name so from moonlight. rest u can refer to short pov.
