2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
A. I spent a lot of time in SAHP, and during that time I gained a great deal of experience. Through this experience, I learned about SAHP and understood how it works and operates in San Andreas. This gave me valuable insight. After witnessing multiple terms, it gave me a purpose and a dream—to one day become the leader of SAHP.
B. I am applying for SAHP because I have extensive experience within legal organizations, which has allowed me to build strong connections with members across various law enforcement agencies. Through this experience, I have developed solid working relationships with highly skilled individuals in their respective fields.
I also maintain good relations with other department leaders, which will help strengthen inter-departmental cooperation and organizational efficiency. With the support of my team, I am committed to ensuring that San Andreas and its citizens remain safe and secure at all times.
C. I also have good knowledge of our city and strong connections with many of its citizens. I believe they will support me on this journey and even join my term. With their help, I can bring safety, activity, professionalism, and dedication to the city. I will work hard to become a leader remembered not only by the citizens but also in the history of leadership.

3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization
A. I have encountered one of the most prevalent situations concerning favoritism. Such favoritism has been a common phenomenon on different terms and even within different departments, including SAHP. I have experienced members losing their progress and earned achievements as a result of favoritism. As a member of SAHP leadership, I shall firmly prevent such favoritism and ensure that all ranks are upgraded based on merit and performance. Furthermore, all promotions shall be done and facilitated only during SAHP promotion ceremonies and not through favoritism and bias. Every High Command promotion in SAHP shall involve a formal interview before a member is allocated a first HC position in a new unit. Such shall guarantee the promotion of only qualified and worthy troopers. SAHP promotion ceremonies shall be done once in every week.
B. I will try to involve EMS and LI in every event. This will make our events safer and also improve roleplay quality. For example, in the case of a store robbery, I will contact EMS and LI—EMS can provide medical assistance while LI helps cover the situation and also make an news and report of the situations. This will make events more realistic and improve the overall role-play experience.
C. I will make sure all my Deputies, Chief of Staff, and High Command members are active and maintain professionalism with each other. I will appoint only those who truly understand their responsibilities and can handle their roles effectively. Additionally, I will focus on building good relationships with other state organizations, as cooperation is important for creating a strong term and supporting one another.
D. The most recent problem that I have encountered is the inability to maintain the law. As the leader of the SAHP, one thing that I will make sure is that each and every one of the members of the San Andreas Highway Patrol knows their obligations and duties. That is why, as the leader, I will make sure that all the members are given the correct guidance and knowledge. Briefings, supervision, and appraisals will be done in order to instill discipline, consistency, and excellence. My mission is to establish a professional, law-abiding, and highly efficient SAHP that will be an example to all other law enforcement organization .
