I am contacting you because the recent decisions regarding the admin team on DE01 have caused widespread confusion and growing frustration within the community.
In a very short period of time, multiple individuals were added to the admin team without going through a public or formal application process. This includes:
Another point that is difficult to understand is the current role distribution. Lone Guard has been inactive for several months but still holds the position of Head of TV. This is not meant as disrespect in any way, Lone Guard has done very good and valuable work for the server in the past. However, from a purely organizational and management perspective, such long-term inactivity would normally lead to a review of the position or a temporary replacement.
The return of Erik Ziion is also raising serious questions. During the time he was not part of the admin team, he received multiple bans, including one under General Rule 6.19. Many players observed problematic behavior during that period. Given this background, his reinstatement is difficult to justify to the community.
What makes the situation worse is the speed and scale of the changes. After the recent internal shift, the admin team was almost completely rebuilt within a few days. Several individuals were brought back who were previously removed for legitimate reasons. For many Grand players, this looks inconsistent and poorly communicated.
Furthermore, admins are being assigned to positions of responsibility despite lacking the required experience or knowledge. While staff shortages may exist, lowering standards undermines those who have proven their reliability over long periods of time.
Overall, these developments have significantly damaged trust in the server management. Transparency is missing, and decisions appear arbitrary to the player base.
I respectfully ask that the internal recruitment processes and management decisions on DE01 are reviewed. A clear, fair, and transparent structure is essential to restore confidence and long-term stability.
