Hello Lebron
It's been over a year and a half since I got kicked by the administration, and I just want to clear my name.
To this day, I haven't received an explanation of how or why, just a kick.
I asked when I could apply again, then Chief Deputy told me that I had a blacklist for two months, and to apply again in two months.
About a month ago, I asked Aldin Curator of Administration if I could apply for an administrative assistant, so that I could continue what I've been doing since day one through RP, which is promoting the project, to which I've brought quite a few players, and where I always show new players the best aspects of the project as such, which we know will stay with the project.
(If you remember maybe I've also created compiance when I asked them directly for application, I was banned)
To all of that, I got a response first from Aldin Curator of Administration, and then from Nixa, that I didn't have a blacklist.
Furthermore, the communication went like this when I was invited for an interview by chief deputy for PC check (short version):
Anja: Okay, I accept the kick, but when can I apply for an administrator again?
Mujo: You have a blacklist for 2 months.
Anja: Okay, thank you, does that mean I can become an Administrator again?
Mujo: That's right, but only in two months.
What is not clear to me, how do I have a permanent blacklist for the administration, if I was told that the blacklist is for 2 months?
My desire is to become an administrative assistant, nothing more than that, like when I was an administrator where I recorded good results, was the curator of EMS, the second working week administrator of the week, had countless praises from players, etc.
I would like to continue RP through the administrative part, even as an assistant, and to stay involved in the community and to help players, through my knowledge and skills that I have acquired in the past 3 years of playing.
My complience were rejected, that's why I submitted a new one urging you for help because I'm scared.
Deputy chief completed the compliance on himself, I didn't know that's possible, I was under the impression that Chief Administration Abraham would resolve my compliance.
I've received a comment: Rejected, you are forever on blacklist!
Still I want to check with you, why did I receive such a answer, I provided all necessary information that is required from my side, at least I as a player deserved an explanation like a human being.
I belive that justice can be accomplished and a normal way of communication between players and administration can be established.
In our language (Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian) when you receive a message: You are forever on blacklist = it's a threat, don't mess with us, wathc what are you doing, etc. ( that the impression after this message, and honestly I'm scared after this message, what will be after this I don't know, but I'm seeking for protection because as a female player on Grand project first time after 3 years of playing, I'm scared for my account and this rough wording really shacked me. Not to mention, that all the players that showed a support to me in comments, got a warn. (Just saying Go Anja, We suppport you, and so on) Nothing bad was written there, yet players received a warnings, just because they showed a support. Again that's sending a message: Don't mess with me etc..
For all this time, you can check my messages toward the administration, from my side I was always polite, respecting the administration, always showing politness from my side, why we as a players can have the same?
I don't want to be a number on this project, I want to be someone who is proactively doing marketing for this project, vouching for great fun, good script, great administration, always showing a hand to each new player just to keep them here and build a bigger community for everyone.
After this that happened, what's the message to me, really I'm scared, feeling threated, for what? I'm just an ordinary player, as any other, an adult who after finishes her 9 to 5 job, sits in front of my computer and try to serve always funny and great roleplay for everyone around me.
This should be a safe and fair community for everyone, young adult, adult, underage kids, people with disabilities, etc. At least that's my vision because Grand should be for everyone, to be safe, to have fun, to gather friends and build a bigger community for all.
Also, I'm type 1 diabetic, and after this message that I received, and players reach out to me directly on discord, Anja we got a warning, I'm stressed and honestly can't belive that this Is happening, I'm apologizing to players, and I would gladly take theirs warnings and put on my forum account if I could, because I'm ashamed that this happened just for showing the support. (Please check other complience this never happened.
