Ballas gang was doing a store robbery and this player ID 410676 kept driving around the zone trolling. He was not a fellow gang member and he was not a LEO either, therefore he had no reason to be there. He continued to do mass rule breaks to try and ruin the RP of this event. All proofs described in attached POVs below:
1st POV you can see he refusing to leave the zone and at 00:17 second time stamp he clearly intentionally hits me with his car doing CR/VDM. then he goes to bridge where LEOs are grouping for store event, and at the 00:50 second timestamp you can see he accelerates into doing Mass VDM to the entire group of officers.
2nd POV this player comes back in zone 7 minutes later in beginning of video you see he parks up at Mosleys and begins shooting into the group of players doing negotiations inside circle. This is clearly not allowed as he is continuing disrupting the RP situation. he seems to be breaking Event Rule 1.5 as he is unrelated to the 24/7 store and engaging in shooting without any RP. Also he did full kill a gang member and does MK which should be shown in logs (you can see him do MK at 00:12 seconds timestamp in POV). When I run over to him to tell him to stop, he runs me over with car doing more CR/VDM
