The suspect wanted to call for a doctor, and that lead to main detention area, there on the way, suspect most likely called one of his frineds using a 3rd party communication method on the roof of some building and shoot him and kill him to evade the RP aka Jail Time

As you can see, the person who shot this guy particularly aimed at him and not a single bullet was targetted at me or my fellow officer, it was just ment to kill this guy.

ID 190256 will receive a punishment for GR 6.13.
However,
Cannot Request for POV as there is no Event or any Certain situation to request for POV
