2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Ans : I feel like, experiencing so much in this city now feels like to take a leadership on my own, run the term successfully and with proper dedication, and hardwork.

• Proper teamwork : In my almost 2 years of GrandRP journey, have went through lot of ups and downs, working for several leos, and the National Guard. Have been working under excellent and capable leaders, leads of departments and each team of specific organizations. What is needed the most in today's date as I see is proper teamwork and I will make sure that happens with all my team leading the term to greatness.
• Appreciating hardwork : People nowadays don't really much focus on the team within in terms of appreciating their hardwork, dedications and rather bring people from outside, provide them high ranks which leads to bit of demotivation within the people of the organization. I won't let that happen and every single trooper will get what they truly deserve based on their efforts and skills.
• Relationship with other leos and NG : Maintaining a proper relationship with other leos is really needful in terms of winning the situations against the gangs or unofficial organizations. I will make sure that happens with proper teamwork as I mentioned along with proper coordination and plannings done well with the LSPD, FIB, and the National Guard soldiers.

Departments :-

• Human Resources and Training (HRT) : One of the key departments needed to properly organize the team for a proper term to be lead. I will make sure to assign the bsst possible people for the leads and hire as many people possible. Train and treat the new people joining the org and city for the first time well enough.
• Internal Affairs (IA) : The department to control the organization's decorum, making sure every single officer works with maintaining their behaviors, and also following the chain of command well enough for smooth working within the organization.
• Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) : The team to lead events. This is the team which will need some vital people who know proper leadership as well as team coordination to be done in order to have win win situations.
• Highway Patrol (HWP) : This is the team and speciality of SAHP in order to keep the highways covering the SAHP jurisdiction safe for the citizens of the city. It also leads to conducted checkpoints which keeps a regular check on the people passing by the highways don't carry illegal items with them which in turn might harm the citizens or be a threat to other organizations.
• Public Relations (PR) : A calm, composed yet important department which actually take cares of the people, who makes them feel happy and friendly around them organizing events for their fun with some cool prizes to be won as well.

I will make sure everything of such happens and we can have a lovely time all together. These minute upliftments will also lead to improvement of the RolePlays done and will make it much fun.
