I was attending a call, and during one of them I encountered a guy. He did not tell me to leave the area or stop patching. He almost killed me, but someone through OOC told him to kill the guy I was patching instead, and not to kill EMS. I suppose he was sharing his screen on an OOC platform like Discord or some other platform.
