2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Ive been in the city for a long time now and help multiple positions throughout the city whether its in legal orgs or criminal organizations i've been in every structure. Lately i've seen that gangs have been overpowered way too much and state lately cant really keep up with gangs. So I would like to change that or atleast try to and make it fair for everyone with competition that can be matched.
2.2 In my experience in state organizations I have been in LSPD, Li and alot in FIB with FIB experience and once in SAHP. Out of all the organizations I really had fun in SAHP even if it was 1 term that I was in and I see alot of potential in the org and I can see the org getting better and that's why I would like to take that chance and show that SAHP can be a really fun org aswell as a very powerful organization which can keep up with everything going on while having RP in the org.
2.3 Recently there has been not too much of RP going on in SAHP and not too high activity and i would like to change that. With my experience I've also seen what it's like when favouritism is going on in the organization and how it feels like. If I actually do take SAHP i will not tolerate favouritism nor allow it and make everything fair and everyone equal as that's the most important thing to do. Also disrespect in the organization will not be tolerated no matter what rank anyone is everyone should be equal specially in the way they are being spoken to and how they are being treated. I will try my best to take SAHP to its full potential and make it one of the best organizations in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Favouritism should not be tolerated at all. Everyone should be equal and get promoted fairly and treated fairly that way all can go smooth and the organization will not face any issues.
3.2 Highway Patrol units should be active patroling the highways to make sure citizens of the state are driving safely and to show people that SAHP is watching. This also enhances the RP since people will actually need to start to listen to the traffic laws and obey the speed limits since if they fail to do so they will have to face the consequences.
3.3 People that are in the organization are going to have to communicate with eachother aswell as communicate with people in a different state organization and keep relations between organizations friendly to enhance the roleplay as well as the coordination and team work in the organization. One of the most important things in organizations should be team work as it helps accomplish success most of the times.
3.4 I will make sure to keep people active on the gates to be selling insurance to citizens of the state actively aswell as providing them with license plates for their vehicles.
3.5 The Human Resource team should be actively recruiting people and getting more people into the organization and encourage people to join the organization and get more help always to ensure citizen safety with more units active on calls. The HR team is necessary to be active to keep the organization active and getting more people to join the state side.
