he rejected my proofs saying not a minute long but you clearly see me get RDM and its not get approved? and they say it has to be a min long UNLESS you can understand the whole situation

Admin can at all times reject complaint if not 1 minute long / full situation and he even has to in case of RDM if its not full situation.
