Verge grew up in a small, poor, underdeveloped and rundown town just on the outskirts of London.. He had 1 sibling and his parents were abusive to both him and his little sister. Growing up he was bullied in school and his life was run into the ground when both of his parents died in a car crash.. Verge was set apart from his little sister when they were both put into the foster system and grew depressed. His new family were kind to him, loved him and treated him well, but he often snapped at people, got mad easily because he missed his sister. His new family were also financially stable, amazing income, a nice home, posh cars, you could say they were doing well, almost "minted". Verge was living the life he always wanted, three full and proper meals a day, plenty of money without having to worry about financial issues but it was not the same without his sister. Verge soon decided once he turned 18 he wanted to become a police officer, he wanted to help people who were in similar situations to him.. he often took his anger out on his suspects though which got him into serious trouble.
Career Story:
Once Verge turned 18 and joined the police, he was the top of his classes in the academy during his training, he was so much better than everyone else that they started to dislike him. He would always win everything and his drive was his anger and hurt from his past. Soon after, Verge had made it out of the academy and he was an outstanding officer, he took information in like nobody had ever seen before. He started to climb the ranks in law enforcement organisations and became pretty well known within state orgs. He had been able to control his anger pretty well for a while allowing him to climb the ranks in the state orgs and moved to Los Santos and joined the Los Santos Police Department, shortly after he joined his colleagues somehow found out about his past and history with his sister and started to make fun of him. His anger grew back and it was worse than ever before, he soon started taking his anger out on his suspects, beating them and speaking to them extremely rudely. He would often fein for money and to just commit crimes and do illegal activities, he began to steal money from his 10-15's and beat them up when they wouldn't give him what he wanted. He began to decide what he wanted to do with his career and decided that he wanted to become "Corrupt", taking bribes from criminals in exchange for freedom, sabotaging other state employees which he felt threatened by, and doing other things, possibly even worse than this. The respect and connections which Verge gained along the way were not enough for Verge, he wanted more.
Outcomes:
1) Verge can take bribes of money and illegal items, weapons, drugs, ect (up to $100,000).
2) Verge can lie about requesting any lawyer or even refuse to call one and can refuse to show his ID to ANYONE.
3) Verge can manipulate state databases such as removing previously crime history, wanted stars, ect.
4) Verge can search suspects and LEOs for their bodycams and destroy them if found (/try searches for bodycam and /do breaks the bodycam - twice per sit).
5) Verge can arrest someone for false charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
6) Verge can engage in criminal activities and break state laws on and off duty such as entering the ghetto and "ghetto clapping", kidnapping cops, ect and use his position in LSPD.
7) Verge can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19, 3.1 & 3.2).
8) Verge can cuff other LEOs to avoid getting caught himself and to help family and close friends to escape prison sentences or legal trouble.
