Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans:
I want to become an admin because after being part of this Grand RP community for more than 4 years, I feel I’ve reached a stage where I can contribute more behind the scenes than only through RP-life. Over the years, I have experienced almost every aspect of roleplay — legal, illegal, faction RP, casual RP — and that has given me a strong understanding of the rules, server culture, and what makes good roleplay enjoyable for everyone.
Leaving RP-life is not because I’ve lost interest, but because I want to support and improve the experience for others. I enjoy helping players, resolving situations calmly, and making sure rules are followed fairly. As an admin, I can use my experience to guide new players, handle reports responsibly, and prevent situations that ruin RP.
Grand RP has been like a second home to me for years, and becoming an admin feels like the next step in giving back to the community that gave me so many good memories. I’m ready to put my RP aside and focus fully on maintaining a fair, fun, and respectful environment for all players.
2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are fairness, patience, and clear communication. I handle situations calmly, follow rules strictly, and make decisions based on facts, not emotions.
3. What are your weaknesses?
I can be strict with myself when it comes to rules and fairness. While this sometimes makes me overthink decisions, it also ensures I stay unbiased and consistent. I continue improving by learning from feedback and experience.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring calm handling, fair judgment, and good communication to the admin team. I’m patient with players, good at listening to both sides, and I always focus on facts before making decisions. I also like helping new players understand rules and fixing issues before they turn into bigger problems.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)?
