Teshin OvO one of Los Santos finest detectives, he worked for the federal bureau for over 5 years. He was also well known amongst the members of department of justice. He alone had infiltrated many well established gangs and took them down. Later on Teshin was tasked with a very secret assignment, to go undercover in the LSPD. This was because, according to some sources few LSPD officers were involved with some street gangs and had been helping them evade the law for months. Teshins job was to uncover the mess corruption that was going on within the PD. Within days, he was transferred to PD. As it was a state issued mission. It was staged as if Teshin had been demoted and stripped of his rank.
Career Story:
Teshin took his new role as Assistant Chief and started his investigation into the units that the DOJ had their doubts about. Teshin put on a mask of a fake persona, portraying himself as rude, rough and tough. Soon he caught the attention of some interesting people, people who were listed on the DOJ notice. Teshin became good friends with a few of them within a few months. One night they invited him on one of their "fun missions". Teshin understood what was about to go down. without saying anything he went with them. They went to a remote location, where it was a small sell mission. They essentially stole supplies from a crime family and sold them to themselves. So, Teshin did what he does best, collects evidence and submitted it to the DOJ. Around seven corrupt units were arrested, marking the happy ending of a big corrupt racket. Or at least, that's what they thought. However what actually happened was that while dealing with this case, he discovered some significant loopholes that would make him untouchable. It was way too good an opportunity to leave behind. Teshin say a great opportunity, and he took it. He became the new terror of Los Santos.
Outcomes:
1- Teshin can take bribes ( up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribes).
2- Teshin is capable of using torture, and interrogation to extract vital information (Use /try applies truth serum), resorting to the harshest methods if required.
