So i recieved Gr 6.15 from my own forum complaint - On consideration - Stalling+Mg+Rdm+Mk+Gr 6.6+Gr 6.2 | 1652+47260+139636+85253+60339+77508+84507+146875 , i dm'd snapy to better understand where i did rdm so as to not make the mistake again but didnt get a reply unfortunately.
as per my knowledge i didnt kill anyone without proper rp requirements and since im unsure why i got the warning ill mention all kills that may or may not have got me the warning and explain my side.
Btw the forum is locked for unoff curators now however i recieved my warn in game so im making the appeal.
At 1:16 of the pov i kill 1652 after demands
At 3:04 we can see 47260 pull up, At 3:11 of pov u can see his revolver is pointing out of the glass (when he turns the wheel its even more clear) so hes most probable open carrying. But since glasses were tinted i didnt engage.
At 3:23 of pov i tell my partner if he keeps following he can engine block since thats stalking an arrestable charge + reckless driving.
At 3:40 my partner confirms that 47260 is open carrying. So we are to treat him hostile and fear for our lives and 10-15s life as well.
Since hes confirmed hostile we open fire and kill him and then detain him.
At 9:22 of pov 132589 pulls up and i give him demands to leave. But he doesnt and i kill him. And since i was the one who killed him i finish him.
At around 10:58 i hear cars around me so i get suspicious and keep an eye out since 47260 was stalling so i feared he called friends.
At 11:12 we start getting shots and we just return fire so that part is simple.
At 12:03 i see 77508 open carrying but i still gave him demands and time to leave since he was already leaving. I could shoot him as well if i was kill hungry since he was open carrying in an active gunfight situation but i still didnt.
At 12:17 i see 84507 open carrying wearing blue same color as the bandits and in the middle of the situation so i shoot him.
These were most of the gunfights and i think i did my best to follow rp rules.
