2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1 –
I understand SAHP responsibilities such as highway patrol, traffic enforcement, pursuit management, inter-agency support, and maintaining public safety across the state.
Reason 2 –
I have experience in leadership roles and understand the importance of discipline, clear communication, and proper chain of command. I will ensure all troopers act professionally and follow SOPs and server rules.
Reason 3 –
I am highly active and capable of conducting regular patrols, trainings, evaluations, and recruiting motivated members to keep SAHP active and efficient.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
I will introduce structured patrol schedules, realistic traffic stops and pursuits, mandatory training programs, proper use-of-force RP, and strong cooperation with LSPD, FIB, and NG. I will also strictly punish fail-RP and encourage high-quality, long-term RP scenarios.
DEPARTMENTS:
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING (HRT): Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also give training .
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
SPECIAL WEAPON AND TACTICS(SWAT): Going to special events and also doing cannabis busts
PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR): They will do events and will have a good interaction with citizens
Highway Patrol (HWP): They will do checkpoints on highway and there main goal will be patrolling on the highway-.
