Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I would like to be the leader of Marabunta Grande since I actually enjoy its street culture, cohesion and its image. Marabunta is recognized as a disciplined yet violent character and I do not want to lose this image. I want to make the gang respected and feared and not disorganized and dormant.
The cause of many gangs is poor leadership and lack of any structure. I would like to ensure that each member understands their part, follows the orders and functions as a team. I will emphasize on clear orders, effective communication and ensuring that no member feels neglected or ineffective.
I do not intend to shoot randomly and engage in useless wars. I would prefer Marabunta rule the land with planning, patrols, ambushes and clean executions. We will never fight in vain, but we will fight with purpose and with discipline and quality roleplaying.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
To enhance RP within Marabunta Grande, I will target the daily activity and participation. The members will be advised to patrol the turf, engage civilians, and carry themselves well whenever responding to a threat rather than waiting to engage in a shootout.
I will implement structured gang operation such as turf patrol, backup calls, organized fight and regular meetings. We will train the members to behave in cases of wars, negotiations, kidnappings, and chases to ensure RP is realistic and enjoyable.
