I just got a warning for RDM (basically shooting without demands) but I did give demands and for some reason on his POV I can't hear them. I think I was lagging. I started giving demands to let my friend go from the second I pulled up in the viper, then hopped out and pointed a gun at them giving more demands (if I would want to RDM them I would have just shot them right)? I kept giving demands to uncuff him and gave them so much time, when I saw the officer pull a gun on me I shot them.

Sadly I don't have POV but luckily you can hear that I am lagging in his pov at the 31 minutes timestamp

No one told me to cough drop or that I wasn't speaking at any time whilst I was clearly trying to say something.

This was also so weird because they also didn't talk back to me and there was no way for me to tell if they could hear me or not. When the guy pulled a gun on me he also didn't give demands and it just turned into a shootout.
