1. Leader of the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization?

2.1)
As the current Deputy (Undersheriff) of SAHP, I already have a strong understanding of how the organization works and where it can improve. One of my main goals as a leader is to build a disciplined, motivated, and well organized team of Troopers. I want to improve training by focusing more on core Highway Patrol duties like traffic enforcement and pursuits while also making sure new recruits feel welcomed, supported and confident from their first day. Keeping members engaged through enjoyable activities is also important to me, as it helps maintain motivation throughout the term.

2.2)
Another reason I want to lead SAHP is my belief in strong cooperation between law enforcement orgs. Through my experience in SAHP, FIB, and LSPD I’ve seen how clear communication and teamwork greatly improve operations. I want to encourage more joint trainings, shared operations and open communication so SAHP continues to be known as a professional, respectful and reliable organization.

2.3)
Lastly, my leadership experience across multiple orgs has prepared me for this role. Serving as COS, HOD, and DCOP in LSPD has helped me develop strong leadership, communication and decision making skills use this experience to help Troopers, ensure procedures are followed correctly, and uphold the high standards expected within SAHP.

3. Advice for improving RolePlay within SAHP

3.1)
I would prioritize more in person and hands on training lead by HRT instead of relying heavily on videos. Interactive training builds confidence, improves communication and creates more realistic roleplay scenarios.

3.2)
I also want to increase joint events and operations with other departments, such as coordinated Traffic Enforcement and SWAT scenarios. These events keep RP fresh, give members something enjoyable to look forward to, and help strengthen teamwork.

3.3)
High Command activity plays a huge role in RP quality. My goal is to maintain a consistent and active High Command throughout the entire term. Strong leadership presence sets the tone for professionalism and helps keep the organization engaged.
