He was Sleeping at that moment so to whom I would ask and I Informed on Radio to remove your car that he didn't tell me When i issued the fine then he woke up and behaving very rudely I felt like he is miss using his high command rank he was telling me I am his target and also he took my interview I felt like harassment.
