Rejected VDM + RDM + MK | 229197, 149074

I was just starting my shift and pulled over a reckless driver, everything was goin alright but at TS (1:12) you can see ID 149074 came with his truck or could be gang truck and tried to do VDM to the suspect i pulled over ID 229197, then after that i went to the guy who rammed us both to check whats goin on, there he pulled his gun on me, then i also had to use my shotgun to try and make 149074 unconscious and then patch and arrest him but, ID 229197 started shooting me TS (2:00) with his gun without no demands (RDM) then ID 229197 killed me and also did MK to prevent further RP.

And Regarding RDM for ID 229197 cannot Punish as Situation Already Started​
