Hello Admin Team,

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this message to sincerely apologize for my behavior that led to my ban.

I want to be very clear and honest about what happened. The insult was not intentional. I was speaking on mail with my microphone open in-game, and a word came out by mistake while I was not addressing anyone in the server. Unfortunately, it was heard in-game and I fully understand that this is my responsibility, and that it goes against the server rules.

I would also like to clarify that I already apologized directly to the player involved, and we talked it out calmly. There is no conflict between us anymore, and everything has been resolved on a personal level.

I sincerely apologize to:

• The admin team
• The server staff
• The project owners
  for this inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I take full responsibility for my mistake and I deeply regret it.

I truly enjoy playing on this server. I had stopped playing for a long time, and I recently came back motivated and ready to play seriously and respectfully. Sadly, I got banned because of a mistake from my side right after returning.

I am currently on vacation and would really love the chance to play on the server again. I can promise you that this will never happen again. I will be more careful with my microphone, my words, and I will strictly follow all server rules.

I respectfully ask you to consider giving me a second chance. I am ready to accept any conditions or warnings you see fit.
