2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) I have already served as a leader twice before, which has given me valuable experience in managing and running a gang. I am seeking the opportunity to lead once again so I can accomplish the goals that I was unable to complete during my previous terms. My aim is to make this term one of the best terms by increasing activity, improving roleplay, and keeping the gang consistently active and organized.
(ii) One of the gangs I have enjoyed being a member of the most is Ballas. I have had a great time being part of the gang, meeting many people, and making new friends along the way. Ballas is by far one of the organizations I have enjoyed the most, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to lead the organization.
(iii) I want to improve the overall roleplay within criminal organizations and help build a friendly and welcoming community. Even today, many gangs suffer from continuous toxicity between members, which often leads to major internal conflicts and negatively affects motivation due to the unhealthy environment.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure the organization maintains consistent activity by selecting a strong high-command team that is active across all time zones, including mornings, daytime, and nights. My focus will be on participating in as many events as possible and performing at our best, whether it’s FZs, store events, or other activities. Alongside this, I will introduce new and engaging RP scenarios to ensure the gang stays active, motivated, and involved at all times.

- 10k+ grafitti profits
- Holding term for 30 days without any warn
