1. I want to lead the Ballas Gang to make it the most feared and respected gang in the city. Strong leadership will unify members and ensure we act strategically in all conflicts and missions, dominating territories and earning respect across the server.
2. Being leader also allows me to enhance the Role Play experience for all members by creating realistic and exciting scenarios such as heists, turf wars, and alliances. This will make every member feel involved and make our presence in the city memorable.
3. I also want to mentor and guide members, helping them develop their RolePlay skills, understand gang strategies, and contribute to the gang’s growth. This will improve both individual performance and overall team coordination.

To improve the RolePlay level, I suggest organizing structured missions and events with clear roles and objectives, maintaining active communication through Discord or in-game channels, encouraging creativity by allowing members to develop unique backstories and strategies, and setting clear RP standards with consequences for breaking them to maintain immersion and professionalism.
