i went through from the ghetto to my house when i see this guys ID 499011 already CR to me and they are not allowed gang cloths sit in ballas gang car so they did rule break GHR 1.7 and after i saw ID 258233 he did shoot from hq to outside so he did rule break GHR 1.5

ID 258233 will receive a punishment for GHR1.5

For the rest, there isn't enough proof to verify if they are from the Ballas Gang, and at the current moment none of the above mentioned IDs are members of Ballas. Just cause of the cars color is in purple, we can't confirm it's from Ballas.
