2. I want to be leader of Ballas because I know how the gang should actually be run and I understand the culture behind it, I don’t want it looking messy or dead and I want it organized, active, and respected in RP. I’m active enough to handle things daily and I know how to manage people, keep members involved, and keep the gang moving without killing the fun. I’m not doing this just for a title or ego, I genuinely want to build Ballas up, hold territory, start real conflict RP, and make sure the gang lasts long-term instead of falling apart after a few weeks.
3. To improve the RP level in the organization, I’d focus on making RP more structured and consistent instead of random. That means setting clear expectations on how members act, talk, and move as Ballas, pushing people to stay in character at all times. I’d also run more planned scenarios like turf conflicts, internal meetings, alliances, and beef with other gangs so RP actually has depth and continuity. On top of that, I’d help newer members learn proper gang RP instead of just punishing them, so everyone improves and the gang feels alive and serious.
