After going through the whole situation the following were found:

1. ID424898 is not a state employee.

2. ID424898 and ID503597 were meta gaming as the information of escape was just passed onto 503597 by phone call but no information was passed on by 503597 to 424898 about his position in DOC. (Most likely family blimps were used to see location since both are from same family and organisation)

3. The person who unlocked the doors ran to the staircase at 00:30 and since his ID is not visible in POV no action can be taken.


ID 424898 will receive a punishment for MG+CR
ID 503597 will receive a punishment for MG
