Approved Bug abuse, MK, GR 6.15| 475121 & 324180 & 0000

as seen in POV I am patrolling with my partner when we were alerted of a car theft taking place in legion square area of a cat car. We responded and instantly saw the vehicle being stolen by player 475121 with no animation which means he cancelled it which is bug abuse. then also at 0:53 you can see player ID 324180 comes and starts shooting without demands (gr 6.15) at us and his friend and I believe he MK'd him to avoid him getting arrested. then once we killed him and went to process him someone came and MK'd player id 324180
