as You can see in the proofs the person had a 12 second clip which in not allowed in the forum rules and some how it still got approved by xen senpai. i demand that my punishment be dropped for improper proof need a 60 second clip.

If rulebreak is seen in that time, admin CAN allow shorter than 60s clip. Theres no Demands in Forum, theres nobody hostage.
