Dear administrator,

This individual ( ID - 270702 ) verbally abused me in the black market; however, at that time I did not have any supporting evidence. As a result, I placed a bounty on him. I believe the reason for my ban is completely unjustified, as I had no involvement whatsoever with the individuals who accepted or carried out the bounty.
