At the moment of the PC check request, I did not fully understand what was required from me.
The administrator was speaking in English, and due to my limited English knowledge, I misunderstood the situation.

I did not intentionally refuse the PC check and had no intention to hide anything or violate the rules.
If given another chance, I am fully ready to complete a PC check at any time.

I respectfully ask for a reconsideration of my punishment.
