Yesterday afternoon when I got home from work I tried to log onto Grand but was unable to access my account. Whilst I was still trying to log on, a family HC was checking the family logs and they saw some unusual activity that some seeds had been taken & then returned from the family warehouse. They knew I had been at work, which of course meant this was extremely suspicious. Then as we continue looking through the family logs, we notice that my name wasnt appearing in the logs anymore. My IC name is Hako Smoke. We then look a bit further and notice that my ID now had the name "Star_Pakichooo". Then, my friends inform me that a message was sent in Prime chat that contained extremely derogatory and offensive language that was insulting to higher admin. I immediately made a technical ticket and requested for my account to be locked and for the techinal team to support me in account recovery. Later in the day, my friends informed me that a message popped up in left eye to say I had been project blacklisted.

This was not me. I was unbanned on the 12/01/26 after a 30 day ban after I was not able to provide POV from a POV request due to my Nvidia being bugged. I wasnt aware that my 2FA was not on which would of course prevented this happening. I am requesting for this to be investigated further to please see if anything can be done to help me regain access to my accounts. I am ready for any check needed, also happy for money wipe.
