Life Story:
Storm was born in Canada. He grew up with a Happy life style with his Family but after some time his Parents face some financial difficulties and in the result his parents are not able to give his fee of his school, so that's why he was suspended from school in the age of 15 years. Storm has interest in field of Police and his Grand Father was also a retired officer from LSPD and his Grand Father was high Command so that's why he have Enmity with Gangsters. His Grand Father give him Training 3 years and when he reached his age to 18, He give a trail to LSPD for selection and he got failed. One Day he came to his home and see that his Grand Father was Died and when he asked to his neighbour and they told that some Gangster killed your Grand Father and on that day he makes him that he will take revenge
Career Story:
After a lot of hard work he again applied to become a Police Officer and LSPD accept it and in the day of trail and interview he successfully passed and become a officer Storm was very happy and proud of his life. But it didn't last that long. Storm found out about the guys who killed his Grand Father but he couldn't do anything about it. Storm started to meat some bad people and slowly he turned him self into a dishonest became depressed and started dowing drugs. Slowly, illegal activity. Storm started around him and things began to turn bad. Time by time it started to effect his life and Job.
Outcomes:
1- Storm can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer and without Miranda rights read
2- Storm is able to use illegal weapons such as painted weapons, XXX weapons , heavy Snipers and can consume drugs while on/off duty
3- Storm can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
4- Storm can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
5- Storm can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested ( With proper RP and IC Reasons ).
6- Storm can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
7- Storm can use a truth serum on People (using the /try command and 2 per situation).
8- Storm can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation).
9- Storm Can Refuse to show ID to any Citizens/10-15 or any LEO to hide his corruption activity.
